Once you book your portrait session with us, we will send you detailed information on what to expect and what to wear. We look forward to seeing you!
Where is your studio located at?
The world. No one really likes to be photographed in a studio; we are more comfortable in the places we love. For this very reason, we can go anywhere and take photographs of anything. It is what we love to do, and we do it well. We choose not to be tied to a studio based here in Houston because it simply does not make sense in today’s mobile society. For example, in May, 2007 Christine will be photographing a newborn in New York City, a family reunion in Houston at the Museum of Natural Science in Hermann Park, a wedding in St. Louis, and another wedding in Dallas. We are located in Houston, Texas - but we are available everywhere!
Really? You would come to my city?
Yes, we would. Based on being available, of course. And we don’t charge crazy rates for doing so. As long as our costs are covered for travel, we are happy to do it! (Thrilled, to be honest. We sort of have a thing for traveling!) If you are interested in doing a portrait session, one good idea is to get together with a friend or two who can also book a session at the same time and split the cost. Or talk to us about it - we might already have someone in the area that is interested, so we might be able to help set it up.
If you are located within a reasonable distance in Texas - close enough that we can drive there and back within the same day and not need to get a hotel room - there is no extra travel fee. Some cities that this applies to are Galveston, College Station, Huntsville, Conroe, Brenham, Beaumont, and even Austin.
What about international travel? Destination weddings?
Even internationally. Our passports are ready and waiting. Destination weddings are no problem at all, and the only difference from our usual rates are the travel costs. We can work all of this out in advance with you, so there will be no hidden surprises!
